We are seeking motivated, committed people to work in a busy and technical area of activity, which involves considerable customer contact, and where teamwork is essential.
The Housing Benefits Section is a front line service, providing help with housing costs to low-income households. Experience of welfare benefits work, preferably in a customer service environment, will be a distinct advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
