Temporary up to 31/03/2023 due to Special Projects
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our Employee Services/People Services Team which provides people management advice and support across the organisation including schools.
The post-holder will deal with first point of contact enquiries received from members of the Schools Staff Absence Scheme. The Scheme was set up to support schools financially with the cost of supply cover when teaching and teaching support staff are absent but also to encourage and monitor proactive attendance management to support a reduction in sickness absence.
We are seeking a person who has good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in attendance management. You should be positively motivated, flexible, and committed to a team approach in providing excellent customer service.
Knowledge and understanding of key HR/Payroll core functions, demonstrable competency in a range of administrative processes and working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential requirements for the role. Ideally, applicants will have experience of working in a Human Resources environment and/or an interest in the function.
Conversational Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
