Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our social work team which is part of a multi disciplinary team supporting adults with learning disabilities . We are looking for an enthusiastic registered Social Worker to join our Community Learning Disabilities Team in Llanelli. The team serves Llanelli and surrounding areas. We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified social worker. An extensive induction and regular supervision will be provided.
As a social worker you will be working alongside health professionals as well as the third sector to support individuals to meet their outcomes. The role will be to undertake assessments, develop care plans, reviews and direct work . Central to the role is partnership working and a strength base approach.
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
