Temporary up to 31/03/2023 due to Funding
5 hours per week

As part of our development, we are launching a new arm of the service to enhance our Falls Prevention Programme with the view to tacking those most vulnerable in community.
Main purpose of job:
• To assist in the development of the National Exercise Referral scheme in Carmarthenshire.
• To deliver safe, innovative, and effective exercise prescription
to engage and motivate individuals to improve their health and wellbeing through inspiring our population to be active for life.
