Description
re you highly motivated, enthusiastic and interested in being part of a team that is helping to support the delivery of key public services to the community of Carmarthenshire? If so, this is a great opportunity for you to apply for the post of Community Connector at Manor Road Day Services. Some experience of working with adults with Learning Disability and/or complex health needs would be useful but more important is your values and attitudes towards people who face challenges in their lives.
You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
