Description
Temporary up to 31/03/2026 due to Funding
The Regional Learning and Skills Partnership is seeking a quality, performance and monitoring officer to oversee the day to day financial management of the Skills and Talent programme, ensuring that the programme is delivered in a compliant manner for the funders and monitor the impact of the funding awarded through the programme and report on progress to the Skills Solution Group and Programme Board.
The officer will support the Programme manager to meet all the financial regulations required of both Carmarthenshire County Council and the City Deal portfolio office to meet the requirements of the Welsh and UK Governments.
The officer will ensure that all the necessary audit trails are robust and will work with the project leads to ensure that evaluations are undertaken on all of the pilot project to measure their success and impact on the Skills and Talent programme objectives.
