Business Support Officer

Applications are invited from enthusiastic individuals who want to be part of a small team who undertake financial assessments in respect of residents admitted to Residential and Nursing care.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide information, assistance and advice to service users and their representatives and undertake financial assessments in line with legislation and guidelines.
Applicants should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining delivery of high-quality customer care.
In accordance with the Council’s ‘One Team’ approach, applicants will need to demonstrate their ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.
You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
