We are seeking an effective Senior Officer with experience of setting standards in managing complex and detailed casework to join the Housing Hwb Team and contribute towards the delivery of a high-quality housing service. The successful candidate will have experience of managing staff in a floating support setting and contribute to the development of a Housing Support Gateway for service users who have multiple, highly complex needs.

Supporting the Service Lead, you will be involved in a wide range of critical work and work with a wide range of partners and stakeholders on a local and regional basis ensuring that the team effectively communicates with relevant partners, maximises its impact and outcomes for customers and service users.

As a Senior Housing Hwb Support Worker, you will be responsible for managing a team of Support Workers and providing professional supervision across both the Housing Advice Team and the Pre-Accommodation Team.  Representing the Service in high-level Multi-Agency meetings such as MAPPA, MARAC, domestic abuse cases, child protection, police, social care, and health case conferences.

You will have experience in setting standards in completing support needs assessments, risk assessments and outcome monitoring for the floating support service.  Ensuring that statistical information and quality assurance monitoring is being delivered and evidenced in line with the Housing Support Grant (HSG) Guidance.
