An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, flexible individual to join the Housing Hwb Service within the Housing Division.
This is a new post and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated, that also adapts well to any given situation whilst maintaining the delivery of high-quality customer focused service.
The post holder will be responsible for creating a culture that is positive and flexible to change, as well as being innovative and collaborative to deliver new prevention models and drive the service forward.
They will be responsible for:
• Managing Canfod Cartref and Accessible Housing Registers, ensuring people have access to council, housing association and affordable homes.
• Developing and maintaining a 7 day a week Housing Hwb service providing timely responses to customer queriers/issues on multiple platforms ensuring that complex, higher risk cases are signposted to respective service teams.
• Providing key universal prevention functions such as housing options and advice, homelessness prevention, adaptations, private rented sector queries and tenancy and estate support.
