Description
15 hours per week
Pembrey Country Park is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work within our busy visitors centre for a minimum of 2 days per week (15 hours per week).
The role is a customer facing role dealing with campsite and activity bookings, barrier queries, selling annual passes and answering queries regarding the Country Park.
Although experience in a previous Customer facing role which has used booking systems would be advantageous it is not essential.
This is a permanent position which does require weekend and evening working on a rota basis.
You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
