Description
Temporary post until 31/03/2024 due to grant funding.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled practitioner to coordinate the delivery of support to families and children.
The successful candidate will have had previous experience of assessing, delivering and coordinating holistic and bespoke family centred, solution focused support.
The postholder will be required to travel across Carmarthenshire and liaise with a range of family support services, provide line management for family support staff, complete monthly monitoring and reporting, as well as being confident in the use of in-house data management systems.
