Description
Caban Pendine Sands is seeking a motivated chef with passion, creativity and drive.
The successful candidate will have knowledge in food safety and allergens, with previous catering experience in delivering great food at pace.
You will be responsible for completion of the Food Safety Management System and ensuring that the Allergen File is accurate and up to date with current menus and produce.
Maintaining a Kitchen that meets the highest levels of safety and hygiene standards.
The appointed candidate will be an excellent team player, and work closely with the team in creating Menus.
Have the ability to work alone in a demanding work environment with accuracy, possess excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills and ideally having a broad knowledge of the food/tourism industry in Carmarthenshire.
The role will require evening and weekend work.
A basic knowledge of Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Reasonable Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
