Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated people with the ability to communicate effectively to join the Integrated Services Team as Trainee Social Workers to work with older people, people experiencing cognitive decline and people with physical disabilities.
These trainee roles will provide the successful applicants with an opportunity to:
• To work with experienced Social Work teams to assess and support people to live as independently as possible whilst receiving work-based training and advice.
• Support to apply for and undertake the Open University Degree in Social Work
• On successfully completing the course, to then work within the team as a qualified Social Worker
