The Communities Department covers a number of front-line services in line with statutory regulations. We are looking for Graduates that are ambitious, willing to learn, and looking to take the step into the role.
To assist the team in day-to-day delivery of their duties. Providing support on delivery of system projects and procurement. Providing support to deliver on internal performance indicators and external data for Welsh Assembly Government.

Salary: £21, 968 fixed pa
Length of programme: 2 years
Support: A professional development programme via in-house and external courses, seminars, and workshops, plus access to mentoring and coaching from senior managers.
As part of the recruitment process you will need to:
• Attend an in-person Assessment Centre (Week Commencing 27th March 2023)
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
