The Communities Department covers a number of front line services in line with statutory regulations.
We are looking for Graduates that are ambitious, willing to learn, and looking to take the step into the role.
Building Surveyor
To provide support within the varied housing property teams on a wide range of projects, including condition surveys, house refurbishment, responsive works, disabled adaptations, major repairs, and improvement programmes.
To assist with developing detailed briefs for delivery of work in-house and by a range of external contractors.
Undertake all aspects of professional surveying work (including site surveys, condition surveys, specific defect analysis, dilapidations, access audits and fire risk assessments)
To liaisewith clients, contractors & other consultants (internal and external)

Salary: £21, 968 fixed pa
Length of programme: 2 years

As part of the recruitment process you will need to:
• Attend an in-person Assessment Centre (Week Commencing 27th March 2023)
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level
