Description
You will be coordinating our fitness programmes within our Actif Sport and Leisure Gyms, leading the development of structured, fun and safe exercise programmes.
You will ensure that the daily running of the fitness suite puts our customers needs at the heart of everything we do and helping to generate income through maintaining and increasing membership.
Promoting working as One Team, supporting our Fitness team, and developing their skills, and working with our Assistant Manager in developing and shaping our fitness services across the county.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
