Description
Temporary post until 31/03/2025 due to grant funding.
This role will be an intergral part of ensuring the successful delivery of Carmarthenshire's rural programme funded by the UK Government Shared prosperit fund.
The role requires an organised person to oversee the day to day financial management of the rural programme, ensuring that all financial regulatory requirements of both the County Council and that of the respective external funding bodies are met.
We are looking for an experienced individual to facilitate and support the successful delivery of Rural programmes across Carmarthenshire funded by the UK Government’ Shared Prosperity Fund.
The role involves all aspects of programme management to include financial management of the budget, overseeing project development process, facilitating access to the programme and monitoring, and evaluating and reporting on progress to a variety of stakeholders.
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
