Temporary post until 31/03/2025 due to a secondment.
We are looking to recruit a business support assistant to work flexibly within the Fostering Service, with special interest in supporting the recruitment, retention and Carmarthenshire’s fostering panel Working alongside a service that recruit and supports foster carers who care for our Looked After Children.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and suitably qualified business support assistant to work flexibly within the Fostering Service, with special interest in supporting the recruitment, retention and Carmarthenshire’s Fostering Service.
Applications are invited from organised and self-motivated individuals with a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication, IT and literacy skills are essential to this post.
The applicant will provide administrative support to a diverse service to include Recruitment, Retention and Carmarthenshire Fostering Panel. The post will also provide administrative support for Training and SGO’s. Also, providing Minute Taking support to the Service as a whole.
The successful applicant will work as part of a team but will also work off their own initiative.

You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
