Description
A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, flexible and organised individual to work within the Housing Property and Strategic Projects division.
We are seeking an individual who holds a positive attitude, is adaptable and highly enthusiastic to make a positive difference in the way we deliver and improve upon housing related construction schemes as well as cyclical improvement programmes across the Council’s portfolio of 9,300 homes.
You will be responsible for:
• Undertaking all aspects of project management duties on housing improvement schemes.
• Planning & Delivering large scale housing related construction schemes, managing budget, programme and quality standards.
• Leading on projects programme development, ensuring effective reporting of project progress and respective financial information.
