Description
A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, flexible and organised individual to work as part of the Transforming Places Team within our Housing Property and Strategic Projects division.
We are seeking an individual who has a positive attitude, energy, adaptability and is highly organised in project management to deliver multiple and complex development projects whilst creating sustainable change and transformation.
You will be responsible for:
• Selecting and working with a development partner to deliver the place-changing housing-led Transforming Tyisha development across multiple sites in south Llanelli, including all elements of property development including design, planning, financing, construction, and marketing.
• Managing the identification and development of suitable projects through land and property acquisition to support the expansion of our current social stock.
• Leading on other future key development sites managing budget, risk, constraints and ensuring schedules and milestones are met.
• Leading and sourcing appropriate funding streams to support transformational change to improve housing, socio-economic and environmental outputs.
