Description
We are seeking to appoint an organised and experienced administration officer for a fixed period secondment to support the two newly appointed National ALN Leads working on the completion of national ALN transformation. The post will be fixed for a period of 2 years.
Applications are invited from individuals who are educated to degree level and/or have extensive experience with managing a broad range of administrative tasks at a senior level.
Candidates will have experience of managing diaries, minute taking and responding to correspondence. Good IT skills, experience of using a variety of databases, an ability to analyse and present data, excellent literacy and communication skills are essential for this role.
Whilst the post will be based in Carmarthenshire, there may be an expectation of the individual to travel to attend meetings.
