Description
Temporary post until 31/03/2025 due to grant funding.
Carmarthenshire County Council is looking for a Communications Officer to deliver a quality programme of promotional campaigns to a wide range of people.
Fostering makes a real difference to children in our community and we are seeking to increase the number of carers we have through an ambitious plan of investment in our service. Key to our success will be our marketing and recruitment strategy.
This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing or communications specialist to support our plans and make a real difference. You will work as part of our communications, media and marketing team and directly with our fostering service and the wider team in children’s services to help realise their vision.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
You will need to be able to communicate effectively in Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
