Description
Temporary post until 31/03/2025 due to grant funding.
We are looking for a competent, motivated and reliable person to join a busy but supportive Commissioning Team.
The successful person will arrange care and support packages for children with additional/complex needs who have been assessed in need of care and support. The post holder will work specifically to the Complex Needs Commissioning Officer and will be the main point of contact for liaising with a variety of providers for arranging packages of care.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team working in a service that is developing and evolving.
