Description
We are looking for a creative individual preferably with experience of and /or qualifications in Pottery, Art, or Sewing. Your role will be to set up, monitor, develop and lead craft activities for adults with learning disabilities and other barriers to employment. You will be based at our Skills Hub in Crosshands but you will also support craft development at our other day services.
It is important that you value the contribution made by the individuals we support. Our craftspeople make products that are innovative, well known locally, and in high demand. We would like you to help us build on our success. We offer a generous annual leave entitlement and pension scheme. Job share considered.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
