Description
Are you a people person and value the opportunity to help others? You could be the perfect person to join our customer services team.
We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals with great communication skills to work in this customer facing role. Our team has a key role in helping residents with a wide variety of issues on a day-to-day basis providing advice, support and mentoring by identifying customer needs and eligibility to benefits and services.
The service will involve building a relationship with the customer, taking responsibility for a case load by monitoring the enquiry and working with the customer to obtain an outcome. All the necessary training will be provided to deal with the new types of enquiries we will handle.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
