Description
Temporary post until 31/03/2025 due to grant funding.
As a National Exercise Referral Scheme Coordinator you will be motivated, driven, and passionate about the provision of exceptional customer service within Actif’s leisure facilities.
You will be responsible for the countywide coordinaton, implementation and monitoring of the National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS) and its associated projects. You will lead, manage, and develop a team of staff responsible for health-related physical activity provision. You will ensure a safe and effective programme of activity for high-risk populations in leisure centres and community venues, in line with policies and procedures outlined by Actif Sport & Leisure and our funding partners.
Promoting working as One Team will be a priority for you: supporting the Health, Fitness and Dryside Manager shaping our services across the county.
