An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist within our Integrated Occupational Therapy Adult Community Team in Carmarthenshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is able to inspire, motivate and lead an established community team based in Carmarthen.
 
The successful applicant will provide clinical leadership, specialist expertise and supervision to Occupational Therapy staff, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Therapy Assistant Practitioners and students.
 
We are looking for an individual with great interpersonal skills to network with acute and community colleagues to co-ordinate a responsive, seamless service across pathways and sectors. You will have advanced clinical knowledge to include adult rehabilitation, frailty and manual handling. The post will require organisational ability and a commitment to service development and clinical effectiveness.
