Description
Temporary post until 31/03/2025 due to grant funding.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and suitably qualified project officer with experience of having successfully delivered projects within agreed timescales and within budget. Funding has recently been secured to deliver a Transformation Action Plan within Children and Families Service.
The successful applicant will manage and oversee the completion of this Action Plan with the aim of improving outcomes for children, young people and their families. The post holder will contribute to the effective performance of Service. The successful applicant will hold demonstrable experience of partnership working and processes within Children’s Services.
The successful applicant will be the main point of contact with the Project Board, re-profiling spend and regularly reporting back on progress made within the agreed actions. This is a new and exciting post requiring a highly motivated and decisive individual who is able to work accurately at a high level, to tight deadlines.
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
