Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed person with the ability to work quickly and accurately against deadlines, to work in the Revenues & Benefits Section.
The small but busy Document Management Team securely handles and electronically records the high volume of incoming mail, including confidential benefit claim documents, that is received daily and allocated to the Revenue & Benefits sections.
The team also provides other essential administrative support to the section which will include occasional telephone contact with customers. The successful applicant will therefore have a confident approach to dealing with external customers.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
