18.50 hours per week.
Are you interested in working within the Library Service within Carmarthenshire? We now have an exciting opportunity mainly based at Carmarthen Library but required to travel around the county when cover is needed at other libraries locations. The successful applicant will also be required to support the new Libraries Unlocked service within Carmarthen Library in the Caretakers absence. This technology allows Libraries Unlocked members to have library access outside of normal opening hours.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to be part of the Libraries team, this individual will need to be committed and motivated. The post holder will ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in an effective, efficient and friendly manner supported by the rest of the Customer and Operations team.
Successful applicants would become part of a dynamic and dedicated team who provide the residents and visitors to our county with the services and opportunities that our facilities offer.
You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
