Description
Following a recent service review, we are seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner to join our People Services Team which is responsible for providing a proactive and customer focused human resources service to our Heads of Service, Departmental Managers, Head Teachers and Governors.
You will join a supportive team providing a broad range of people management solutions to our business. The nature and size of our organisation provides opportunity for a varied working day and professional development and growth.
The Role
You will provide a comprehensive HR support role working collaboratively with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and support the analysis and interpretation of workforce data, development, and delivery of workforce plans and projects. You will also provide general advice on all HR matters across our departments and schools, supporting our HRBPs on employee relations, change management and attendance matters.
