This is a fantastic opportunity to join The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association as an Orientation & Mobility Specialist, delivering specialist orientation and mobility services to promote independence and choice to people who are blind and partially sighted.

The role
Our Orientation & Mobility Specialists work directly with those who are blind and partially sighted to deliver specialist and personalised services to promote independence, choice, and to allow those with visual impairment to live the life they choose. 

Who we’re looking for
You will hold a qualification as either a Mobility Instructor or Rehabilitation Worker e.g. Dip HE Rehabilitation Studies or equivalent, and have experience of working with people who are blind and partially sighted.

Benefits
This role is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with 26 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) a year. As a charity, we’re always keen to support flexible working as best we can.
