The role
The Lead Services Marketing Manager helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by developing and implementing the Guide Dogs services marketing strategy. You will be responsible for leading the services marketing team to deliver marketing activity and establish a centre of service marketing excellence. This involves developing and executing marketing plans to raise awareness of the full range of services from Guide Dogs and engage service users, friends, family, and healthcare professionals.
The role uses market intelligence and insight to understand audiences and inform Guide Dogs’ service marketing plans, and works closely with service delivery teams to develop person-centred propositions, which meet the needs of service users.
Who we’re looking for
Essential
You must have experience of effective delivery in a senior role in Marketing Management ideally within the charity sector, as well as demonstratable experience of planning and co-ordinating fully integrated marketing campaigns, matching service features to customer needs, to successfully reach new audiences.
It is also vital that you have experience of effective team management and up to date working knowledge of services marketing, as well as the expertise to influence the strategic agenda of an organisation.

Hours of Work
This role is 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week, however, we are always keen to support flexible working as best we can.
