The role
The Creative Design Manager helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by establishing and managing the in-house creative agency, responsible for the origination, localisation and approval of creative assets to support the brand refresh, and calendar of integrated campaigns for services, fundraising and volunteering.

You will provide creative direction and brand guardianship across the organisation to help deliver the best expression of the brand positioning at every touchpoint, and use design skills and experience to provide strategic creative solutions to briefs.

Who we’re looking for

Essential

You must have experience in managing a team of designers, providing expert advice and direction for the organisation, as well as in-depth knowledge of print and digital production techniques and passion for creating powerful brands.

It’s also vital that you have proven understanding of and passion for creating accessible communications, and excellent knowledge of graphic design.

Desirable
Demonstratable knowledge of the charity sector and vision impairment sector would be advantageous.

Hours of Work
This role is 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week, however, we are always keen to support flexible working as best we can.
