Job Title: Procurement Business Partner - Fundraising and Marketing
Location: Home Based with onsite working from our Central Office in Burghfield Common near Reading, RG7 3YG, when required.
Salary: £44,365 to £46,973 per annum pro-rata
Contract Type: 13-month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 35 per week
Start Date: Mid-February 2021
The role
The Procurement Business Partner helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by working in partnership with the Director of Fundraising and Marketing and their senior management team providing specialist procurement and commercial advice on all aspects of third party supplier spend to ensure best use of donor money for our services.
Who we’re looking for
You will have procurement experience working within either a fundraising, marketing or sales environment and understand the conflicting pressures of achieving best quality without restricting creativity. You will have worked at a senior level before and have a proactive approach to a fast-paced environment where requirements may change daily even hourly. The ability to demonstrate working in markets that are restricted and can be niche and full understanding of GDPR and PCI compliance requirements is essential for this role.

This role is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with 26 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) a year pro-rata. As a charity, we’re always keen to support flexible working as best we can.
