Job Title: Finance & Planning Manager
Location: Central Office, Reading, RG7 3YG
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 
Hours: 35 hours per week

The role
The Finance & Planning Manager helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by providing financial support to the organisation to deliver the objectives of the Five Year Plan. This role will work directly with the business to develop challenging plans and drive through efficiencies to maximise the reach of Guide Dogs services.

Who we’re looking for
You will be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified and be able to explain relationships and develop models that demonstrate the link between performance and financial results to support the organisation to implement continuous improvements to enhance service delivery.

Alongside this you will have experience in the following areas:

Developing financial plans with the organisation.
Costing or modelling and solid excel skills.
Supporting the delivery of change within an organisation.
Influencing the business to make commercially sound decisions 
Ability to build and establish robust stakeholder relationships.

This role is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with 26 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) a year. As a charity, we’re always keen to support flexible working as best we can.
