Hartlepool Borough Council's Community Hubs have gone through an exciting period of change and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us drive forward our next chapter and ensure we meet the needs of our community.

Working primarily from the Centre for Excellence in Creative Arts (CECA), the successful applicant will develop and coordinate exciting training opportunities and courses for young people (18-25), predominantly with additional needs, with a focus on culture and the creative arts. Using their exceptional interpersonal skills, the applicant will engage with a number of training providers to support the delivery of opportunities for the young people, plus a range of businesses to provide future pathways including volunteering, supported internships and supported apprenticeships.

The successful candidate will have a passion for providing the best possible opportunities for our young people and will work closely with each individual to create a person-centred plan which will assist them on their journey to achieve their individual career ambitions.

The post holder will develop excellent relationships with the Community Hubs team, internal and external partners, service users other key stakeholders to support an inclusive offer which meets the needs of our community.
