Band 6 £21,968 - £22,369 pa, pro rata, plus flexible payment of 7.5%

You will be responsible for providing support to vulnerable adults in their own homes and their community. You will be expected to provide personal, social and practical support as identified in an individuals Care/Support Plan.
You will have experience of working with vulnerable adults, be person centred and be able to demonstrate working as part of a team to meet individual needs. You will need to work flexibly as the service offers support to people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Hartlepool Borough Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
