The successful candidate will have: 

·             CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent

·             Experience working on successful HR / OD development projects

·             Good working knowledge and experience of HR case law

·             The ability to confidently advise Managers on all HR related matters with solution based recommendations demonstrating good judgement skills

·             Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
