Band 13 £43,421.00 - £47,420.00 per annum

   Permanent

   37 hpw

 

We are also offering a retention payment with no contractual tie in of £2760 for full year (pro rata) (paid in March backdated and reviewed annually).

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an Assistant Team Manager for the Hartlepool & Stockton Children’s Hub. The Children’s Hub is an integrated single point of access across North Tees (Hartlepool and Stockton Borough Councils) providing multi-agency triage and assessment of enquiries about children. As an Assistant Team Manager you will play a key role in the daily triage and response to new safeguarding referrals under the direction of the Team Manager’s and alongside another Assistant Team Manager.

The successful candidate will be part of a well-established, hard-working and motivated multi-agency team committed to delivering high quality services to children. We are looking for someone with appropriate experience in children’s social care and a strong knowledge of the arrangements for safeguarding children together with a proven ability to work with and maintain excellent partnerships. You will need to be self motivated and have excellent communication skills both oral and written
