We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Property Sales Manager for 12 months to cover maternity.
The role is full-time, 35 hours a week and we are happy to talk flexible working.
In this role you will lead on all property transactions in line with business goals for new home schemes, by supporting the on- site processes, managing property sales consultants, overseeing all marketing programmes and managing respective budgets.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
• New home sales and marketing experience; gained from working for a volume house-builder, housing association or through estate agency work evidenced by a minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience
• Demonstrable experience and proven ability of designing and implementing new-build sales and marketing programmes within the housing industry, including a good understanding of Sales Centre procurement.
• Possesses a recognised professional sales and/or marketing qualification to degree level or equivalent or has a minimum of 5 years senior management experience within the housing industry.
