The role

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Wellbeing Lead. The role is full-time, 35 hours a week and we are happy to talk flexible working. 

In this role you will define, shape, drive and deliver Housing 21’s employee wellbeing strategy with a specific focus on the psychological, social, physical and financial dimensions of wellbeing.  

The Employee Wellbeing Lead will promote and share best practice around the wellbeing agenda, working with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels to share a vision and setting a clear direction to ensure that strategy translates to operational execution.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

Significant experience of leading or influencing an organisation’s wellbeing agenda. 
Experience of supporting and delivering on organisational change. 
Knowledge and experience of aligning strategies to key business drivers and KPI’s. 
Experience of challenging and changing behaviour, including but not limited to, unconscious bias.  
Either a degree or equivalent work experience 
Evidence of learning achievements to support professional development 
CIPD Level 7 (Desirable)
Project Management Training (Desirable)
