We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Learning and Development Partner on a temporary basis between 12-14 months. This will be to cover the North East region which also covers Yorkshire. This will be a 2 stage process with training delivery first and then a short assessment centre to include an interview.
The role is full-time, 35 hours a week and we are happy to talk flexible working.
In this role you will plan and deliver a wide ranging portfolio of skills and behavioral training programmes to a diverse population at all levels in the business and provide staff development expertise and consultancy to the business that fully supports the cultural and behavioral changes required to achieve continuous improvement
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
• Knowledge of Current L&D theories and practice (Essential)
• Understanding and experience of Housing and Care delivery
• A good understanding of Organisational Development and how it contributes to the business’s values and mission
• Experience of delivering a varied portfolio of training to a variety of audience
• Experience of working in a customer focused way
• Training qualification CIPD, CTP, TAP or similar (Essential)
• TAQA Assessors qualification
• Generic CIPD Qualification
