performance of the job applied for. We will use the information provided by you
on this application, by the referees you have noted, and the educational
institutions with whom we may undertake to verify your qualifications with, for
recruitment purposes only. The ICTS will treat all personal information with
the utmost confidentiality and in line with current data protection
legislation. We rely on the lawful basis of GDPR 2018 to process the
information provided by you in this form.
Should
you be unsuccessful we may store your information for up to 6 months in case
there is an alternative position we feel your skill sets are suited to.
Successful applicants will be asked to provide
further information at the relevant time, to be used for
the administration of your employment and in relation to any legal challenge
which may be made regarding our recruitment practices.

info@icts.co.uk. Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if
sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full
on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a
weekend or public holiday.
12. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship
between you and ICTS UK Limited shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the Law of England andWales and ICTS UK Limited and you agree
to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
