An established, professional company, ICTS employs over 4,000 people in the UK and provides corporate security solutions throughout Europe.

Providing screening and security services to ensure that passengers, staff and visitors move efficiently, safely and securely through the airport in accordance with regulations and procedures.

We are holding an OPEN DAY:

Monday 29th November 2021 from 10:00 to 18:00 

Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, Colnbrook By-Pass, West Drayton, UB7 0HJ

Eligibility Criteria:
Resided in the UK continuously for the last five years due to the nature of the security checks that are required for this role
Ability to sit, stand, bend and walk for long periods of time due to the nature of the role
Successful applicants will be wearing personal protective equipment including safety shoes (provided)

Applicants are required to bring with them their Passport, Right to Work (if applicable), Proof of NI, Proof of address.

Rate of Pay: £9.75

Key Tasks /Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform a range of security-based tasks including, but not restricted to, body searches, baggage searches, access control including search of vehicles, x-ray screening, aircraft guarding, passenger interviewing, and document checking.
Operational needs may extend to locations out of LHR as and when required.
Use of security industry approved systems, such as metal detectors, ETD machines, and hand-held tablets.

About you:
Excellent command of English both oral and written.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks.
Flexibility and availability according to operational needs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full colour vision. 
Self-motivated but also able to work well in a team.
Punctual, professional, with attention to detail.
5-year checkable work history vetted (within UK)Candidates must be residing in U.K for the past 5 years.
Successful clearance of Criminal Record Check and Counter Terrorist Check.
Full training and PPE provided to successful candidates.
Desirable: Full UK driving licence.

If you are successful in the role you will be made a conditional offer subject to pre-employment checks and successful completion of your training. Background checks will include a criminal record check, 5-year referencing history and a counter terrorism check. All these checks need to be completed and returned to us prior to starting training. 

Training:
No previous aviation security experience is required; all training will be provided by our highly experienced in-house training department. 
The training is regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority and includes classroom and practical training.
