Calling Ex Police officers/ staff or Military professionals for a prestigious household in Windsor.
We are looking to recruit retired Police Officers/Police Staff / retired Military for the role of securing a prestigious household in Windsor.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have the above background or similar and can be vetted to home office standards.
Candidates should ideally have had experience in sensitive assignments and are able to conduct themselves with integrity, gravitas and present themselves as professionals in their appearance, mannerisms, and communication style at all times.
Role requirement:
4 On 4 off shift pattern 12hrs (Average of 42hrs a week) as part of a team of 8 security staff on rotation. (Overtime available as desired)
To provide a physical presence for gate house and household grounds /boundaries with a sharp focus on access control.
Monitor and review of CCTV in relation to proactive camera patrols and, reactive investigations and reviews as required.
Conduct and oversee enquiries from the household in relation to visitors and, conduct the necessary due diligence in checking identification and securing authorisation of access to the grounds by visitors/contractors etc.
Be responsive and alert in responding to incidents
Complete and Maintain documentation, incident reports and handovers relating to the operations.
Liaison with local policing teams on a daily basis.
Person Specification:
Articulate, well presented individual with the ability to engage professionally with VIP visitors and guests is essential.
Background in policing or military where VIP engagement and sensitivity has been part of your every day is desirable.
Able to listen well, communicate effectively and document information in a timely and accurate manner is essential.
Able to remain calm in the event of an emergency incident and give clear and concise instructions to emergency teams and police is essential.
