Description
Carrying out a range of security, reception, and facilities activities at a prestigious client site.
With excellent organisation and administration skills, you will liaise with employees, managers, and visitors to ensure the safe and efficient operation of a large, modern office development.
Working closely with the facilities management (FM) team, you will:
• Provide security services including CCTV monitoring, building tours and access control
• Log and monitor requests for building/FM services
• Communicate by e-mail, phone and face to face with internal customers
• Maintain records using databases and filing systems
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Assist the FM Helpdesk Manager as required
Experience in a similar role is essential, and to succeed you will also need:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence to interact professionally with people at all levels
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility, good organisation skills and ability to multi-task
• A calm, customer-focussed approach
To meet client and industry vetting requirements you will also need:
• A five-year checkable history
• Successful clearance of a criminal record check
• A valid SIA licence
The pay rate for this role is £10.40 / hour. Normal hours of work will be Monday - Friday, working around 40 hours per week. However, this may be subject to change and as part of a small team you will need to be flexible to support your colleagues.
