Description
The CSC (Corporate Security Centre) Supervisor works in what is known as the Hub for the Corporate Security department. You will oversee escalation of all safety, security, and some Facility related alarms. You will also be responsible for the monitoring of incidents in the region, where there is a requirement to monitor news and analyse any potential threats, direct or indirect to the business. These tasks must be responded to and resolved in a timely manner. This Department is available 24/7, 365 days a year and you will be part of a close-knit team working a mixture of both Days and Night Shifts, on 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off pattern (12-hour shifts).
Responsibilities:
• You will report to the CSC Site Supervisor & Coordinator of the EMEAR Region.
• Monitor & escalate any alarms as per Procedures.
• Manage Type 1, Life & Safety Alarms and with appropriate escalation.
• Manage email flow from Team mailer and respond to any enquiries/ Requests.
• Ensure that daily/ Nightly audits such as Duress tests, Camera Checks are delegated with a Training approach.
• Ensure that all IMT (related investigations and escalations are dealt with swiftly and accurately.
• Conduct regular 1 to 1 meeting with Operators.
• Quality assure the level of work produced by the Operators.
• Ensure that all relevant topics are added in the Handover and delivered in a clear manner to the upcoming shift.
• Liaise with relevant departments and stakeholders throughout the region
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years as an CSC Operator (or similar capacity) to qualify.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have strong collaboration skills.
• Must be a Forward thinking and detail oriented individual.
• Professional appearance and demeanour is essential at all times.
• Must be dependable and flexible with their work schedule. This is to support the team with any sick and Holiday cover which the Dedicated relief Operator may not be able to support.
• Must be able to Multi-Task and remain calm in stressful situations.
• Must be competent with computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Web).
• Must be ready to work in a standard shift pattern of 2 days shifts, 2 nights shifts, 4 days off.
• Should demonstrate some flexibility to cover holiday or sickness, should the opportunity arise.
• Be calm under pressure
