In this prestigious corporate security officer role, you will be ensuring the security and safety of premises and people at a high-profile offices for a major name in the motorsport industry based in Brackley.
An experienced Security Officer, with exceptional customer-focused skills, you will carry out a range of duties including:
Ensure the compliant delivery of the services offered by the Security Team at location
Deliver exceptional service complimenting all race team operations that involve security support.
Contribute to maintain the correct security posture at all times.
Undertake agreed daily/weekly tasks as directed by the security supervisor.
Act as first point of contact from MBM security and out of hours emergency incidents.
Undertake your staff appraisal on an annual basis.
Complete all training courses and maintain a good level of knowledge.
Undertake toolbox talks directed by the security supervisor.
Maintain full operational knowledge of site operations.
Support the security supervisor in all tasks and activities.
Complete and check detailed written reports for all incidents that take place during the shift.
Ensure all required tasks are appropriately undertaken.
Ensure you are correctly turned out for duty and support the MBM security team.
Ensure all customer queries/complaints are correctly recorded through the customer complaints procedure.
To ensure total adherence to company and industry compliance in all areas within the designated area of operation.
Personal responsibility for ensuring compliance and satisfying all audit requirements associated with our own quality process as well as meeting the expectations of external stakeholders such as NSI, SIA, ROSPA and other relevant industry and non-industry bodies.
Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation.
To ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements. 

Normal hours of work are a 4-on / 4-off shift pattern, including days and nights.   However, the site operates 24/7 and as a member of a small team you will need to be reliable and flexible to support your colleagues as required.
This position requires dedicated security professionals who are able to maintain high standards of customer service, discipline and presentation, and to succeed you will also need:
•   SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Officer (SG) licenses - essential
•   A pro-active approach to security
•   Ability to work in a team that performs to high standards.
•   Strong customer service skills and experience
•   Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
•   The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
•   Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in security
•   Good IT and administration skills
•   Five years’ checkable history and references
•   To pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards.
