MyView will allow you to view your own payslips and view and update your personal details.

Upon first login select forgotten password and enter your employee number (last 6 digits of your clock card) and input your date of birth, you will then receive an email containing a temporary password. Please refer to the 'how to' guide to complete the login process.

The government is cutting the main rate of national insurance contributions (NICs) paid by employees from 10% to 8% with effect from 6th April 2024

If you are changing your bank details, but unable to view the 'SUBMIT' button, please contact the Payroll department on the below email address immediately . Your current pay cycle may have already gone to the bank for payment. Therefore you need to seek further advice from the Payroll department, should it be essential that your account details are changed for your next payment. Email Address: Admin.Payroll@jcb.com

Please can you ensure that your personal details we hold on our records are correct. This includes your address, telephone number and emergency contact details. These can be reviewed and updated through your My View account

My Contact Details ? home address, telephone numbers, work and home email addresses
My Emergency Contact Details ? name and contact details of person you would like us to contact in the event of an emergency
My Equal Opportunities ? marital status, nationality, ethnic origin

To update the details ? enter the new information, click the blue buttons and then ?submit? and ?ok?

If you are experiencing problems signing into your My View account please either call or email the HR Shared Service Team who will be happy to assist.

Quick Hints & Tips to help you sign in:

* Your Employee Number must be 6 digits long (this is the last 6 digits of your clock card number)

* If your password or answers to your security questions are not accepted, you will need to reset all of these by clicking the ?Forgotten your password ? link (under the green sign in button)

* A temporary password will be sent via email within a minute of completing the ?forgotten your password? steps. If this is not received check your trash/junk/spam folder (or ?important? mail folder on gmail accounts)

* The temporary password must be entered exactly as it is written in the email and remember it is requested again before you set up a new password

* If you enter any incorrect details 3 times, the system will automatically suspend your account. If you attempt to reset the account 3 times without success the system will lock. Please contact the HR Shared Service Team for assistance
